We started in real estate because that is where I operate, and because it is where constraint becomes visible fastest. But the logic does not stop at the site boundary. Energy density, compute intensity, materials certification and capital duration bind whoever is exposed to them, in whatever asset class. Season 1 mapped the constraints. What follows is the question of who controls them.
